Lincoln Day Dinner

Last Saturday evening we played for the Elbert County Lincoln Day Dinner, and did it in our completed uniforms! Here is a video of us at the event:

Among other things, a man recognized us from a picture his sister (who used to play in Williamsburg Fife and Drum) took of us in Deep River, Connecticut!

  1. Great playing, chaps!

    But *Lincoln* Day??

I wouldn't have thought it of you guys... ;)

  2. Sad but true. Republicans seem to like the guy and use that name for their big county-wide event of the year (other counties do the same). But generally a good group - opens in prayer, conservative, for small government, pro-life, etc. - so we find much in common.

(the silent auction featured many more pictures of Reagan than Lincoln!)
